Every time we order through Stellar Scientific and get what we need, it's fast and convenient. Although we can't always get everything we want, we can get something and the customer service is great!

Because I have limited storage capacity, I often purchase products that I need on short notice. Stellar Scientific has been a reliable partner in my endeavors, promptly providing what I need when I need it. The sales team swiftly processes and ships my orders, usually for overnight delivery. Even during the past year, despite the pandemic, Stellar Scientific has managed to provide the products that my operations require. Simply put: friendly staff, competitive prices, great service. Our order was quickly processed, but most importantly two staff members reached out to see how we were using the kit and to see if they could offer help. Janelle was especially helpful in determining a protocol which would best support our work. For that, I am grateful. So yes, of course we would think first of Stellar Scientific for any future biotech needs.

Ben is wonderful! He has maintained our account for over three years and we trust him empirically. The entire Stellar team has always treated us like family and they are the first and only vendor recommendation that we consistently make to other labs.

Amanda
My experience with Stellar Scientific was incredible. They were super responsive and helped me get the right product (a replacement gel imager for our lab) within a week of ours breaking. Very personable, affordable, and kind. Will certainly be considering them first whenever I need new equipment moving forward.
