Belle and Lee are great. I've been in sales and customer service previously, and this company is the definition of 5 star service. They may not always have what you need in stock, but they are up front about lead times and providing alternate solutions. They will actually pick up the phone and call you to give an update. Customer service is extremely responsive and more importantly they have knowledge of the products they sell.... and really the industry as a whole. I am glad to call them a partner.

I just wanted to say a few things about my experience with Stellar so far, Reading some of the other reviews, it seems like I'm not alone in my experiences! I found this supplier a few months ago when I needed some reservoirs for my covid lab and as soon as I placed the order, one of your employees (Ben) reached out to me on that same day to tell me that I could get free shipping if I spent another ~$20. Since then, Ben has been a phenomenal resource going above and beyond to help me in a time when supply chain issues have been a nightmare during this pandemic. On Sunday, we unexpectedly ran out of an extremely important component to our lab and, even though it was on a weekend, Ben was available to solve my issues in a very helpful way. Working with him has been an absolute pleasure and I wanted all of you to know it! Keep up the good work guys, you are really living up to your name. -Phil

We believe in treating customers a certain way and reviews like this one are validating and motivating. We're glad to have your partnership and look forward to a stellar relationship!

At a time when most lab plastics are in short supply I have been able to rely on Stellar Scientific to provide us with the material we need. But the best part of Stellar Scientific is their customer service, the specialist I've been working with has been extremely helpful..constantly following up on my laboratory needs and always trying to do the best to help us get what we need. The service I've received is second to none.
Response from Stellar ScientificApr 14, 2021
Thank you so much Kareem for your business and for this super review you made time to share! We just passed your review around to everyone. Your wonderful sales team member is glowing with pride! She works very hard and worries about you and the success of your lab! We appreciate your business and your partnership!
