Great customer service!
Great customer service! We have had amazing help through Ben Lowenstein. He reaches out and helps with everything we are looking for, from cryovials to lab chairs. The products are in stock, are reasonably priced and come very quickly! Our Center would highly recommend this company!

Above and Beyond
I ordered three pH meters in July. When I did not get a shipping notice withing a week and a half, I replied to the confirmation email asking about a delivery date. I was informed that the meters would not ship until late September. Classes start August 30, so we need the meters before then. I could not find, in any of my email threads or quotes an indication that the meters would take this long to ship. We had ordered 3 back in June and they had arrived in a timely fashion. I asked if there was any way an August 30 deadline could be accommodated. The customer service person went into overdrive and did amazing things! She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected! There may have been other people helping her, and I would like to thank them too, if there was. We are very satisfied with the outcome! I just received the meters. Over two weeks before the deadline and less than a week after my inquiry! Thank you!
