Rachael - I am so sorry to hear about your disappointment. You should be hearing from your sales rep Ben shortly. We are looking at ways to make this up to you. qPCR reagents are from a select group of items that are non-returnable similar to sterile lab products. This is to protect the integrity of sensitive analytical products - We are all at the mercy of those guidelines.
