Stellar scientific is a great company to get lab supplies from. I called the customer service number provided and got help from Michelle. She sent out samples of pipette tips to see if it would work with the pipettes I use in lab. I was then in contact with Justin as a liaison. He was very helpful in providing his expertise on pipette tips and working with me to find the exact pipette tips that I needed for the lab. He is very responsive and really cares about the science. He even gave me recommendations to explore to solve the issues I have had in finding the exact pipette tip I’m looking for and that are compatible with our pipettes. I really appreciate all the work Justin has done to help. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend to use this company for your lab supplies. Michelle and Justin have been super friendly and not hard to get in touch with unlike other companies. They are more into helping their customers then making a quick sale.

I was in desperate need of Rainin LTS-compatible 200uL pipette tips and found them available from Stellar Scientific. I reached out via live chat to verify that their tips were in stock and would fit my Rainin pipettors. The customer service representative, Jupe, was incredibly kind, thorough, and quick to respond. He reassured me that the tips would ship the next day and would fit perfectly. I purchased a case each of 200uL tips and 1000uL tips with second day air shipping. He had a quote sent that saved me $200 on the order, which was so kind of the Stellar Scientific team. The tips shipped the next day, as Jupe said they would. They are indeed compatible with my pipettors. The 200uL tips come racked in a green box with a clear lift off lid (not a hinged lid). The 1000uL tips come racked in a blue box with a clear hinged lid. My only complaint is that the plastic of the hinge on the 1000uL box sticks up in a way that occasionally tears gloves if we're not careful when handling it, but it's certainly manageable. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Stellar Scientific again.
