Marissa B.
I originally had an issue with the item I ordered being a little misleading due to the stock photo provided. The company reached out to me directly after I voiced my issue. They made it right for me quickly and easily. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am pleased!
Response from Stellar ScientificApr 7, 2022
Thank you very much Marissa for letting us know your disappointment with this shopping experience. You are right in noting the stock image does not indicate which of the five accessories you are purchasing. We've been slowly updating those over time to feature a single image. Looks like we missed this one. Did you feel the product description was not comprehensive enough to avoid confusion? If you feel the information was insufficient and we caused the error, I will be happy to refund the return shipping fee. Note: We do not make money on shipping. Our rates are pulled from UPS and passed to the customer. Their rates continue to climb and impact all of us. I will contact you now to follow up and we'll get this taken care of in the morning. We appreciate your business very much. Thank you for choosing Stellar Scientific Lee J Lowenstein President
