Broken petri dishes in multiple sleeves certainly does sound like something happened during shipping to damage them. If you'll reach out to us on Monday and send us a photo or two with a guesstimate of the number of broken dishes in the shipment, we can send out replacement product so you get the full value of your purchase. We're curious to know was there something we could have done better or differently to earn a five-star review? These incubators ship from the East Coast and you purchased it right before the Memorial Day holiday where no deliveries were made. I don't know how we could have gotten it to you sooner unless you purchased expedited shipping. Happy to hear you like it and its working well for you! Thank you again.
