Ben from Stellar, and everyone in the warehouse or email/phone are fantastic. We are a small biotech across the country (in SF) and despite ordering from fisher, vwr, you name it - stellar has been tremendous on all fronts. Customer service is friendly and fast, inventory lookup is accurate and lead times are never opaque. Speedy shipping, and top notch-pricing as well. They also have some fun products ( I would check out the aliquotting pipettor ).Two thumbs and two toes up!

Stellar was great to work with! We ordered some pipettes, and due to shipping delays, we did not get them when expected. Stellar worked with the vendor for us and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with them!
