KN95 Face Mask - Updated review
Product ordered arrived sooner than expected. Wish they were individually wrapped, but, still able to use. Sorry for the confusion on this review. I did not intend to give a one-star review. Please update your information for this issue. Thank you.
Response from Stellar ScientificAug 29, 2022
Thank you Helen for your business and for acknowledging our quick delivery. These masks are not advertised as individually wrapped. While we appreciate why individually wrapped masks are valuable, we do not understand what we did wrong to receive a 1-star review for service. In our book, a 1-star review means we failed the customer miserably. We would be grateful for additional information to know what went wrong and how we can improve your experience with us. Thank you again for your time and consideration. Lee J Lowenstein President

Effortless
I worked with Ben on my purchase. The whole experience was great, starting from requesting a quote and receiving it in a timely manner to just clicking a link to make the purchase!!! I wish other vendors made their process just as seamless as Stellar Scientific!
