It took two months to receive the item…
It took two months to receive the item but I like the design and will utilize it daily.

I'd like to look into this further to learn more. If its a hard to keep in stock item, we will have to increase the size of our orders to make sure we get it shipped quicker.

Superb customer service
After an initial shipping error (product sent via UPS ground instead of overnight delivery), the Stellar Scientific Team jumped into action and sent a replacement unit via overnight express. They couldn't have been more helpful in assuring that we received the instrument we ordered and helping to provide follow-up service.

Great quick shipping and service
Great quick shipping and service. Products received sterile and in great condition. Only small issue is that it said the petri dishes were 25 per pack while in reality they are 20 per pack. This is not a big deal though as you still get a box of 500.

This particular purchase was not great…
This particular purchase was not great as I was sent the wrong item, but my other purchases have been very good. The customer service/live chat is especially useful and helpful.

Two items shipped within three business days of your order (made on Saturday). Which was the item that did not ship till the 20th of August? Was it the culture tubes or the manual pipette controller? Was there no communication from our customer service dept to say the item was backordered or to expect a delay? Help us understand where we dropped the ball and could have done better.
