Miles W.
Michelle was the most helpful, professional person that I have had the privilege of working with in some time. She put our order in with the supplier and when it was listed as, on back order, she went out of her way to find a couple other options and sent them to me. She then reordered one of the new options, and then made sure we received this item by the following Tuesday, so we will be able to complete our work on time. She went above and beyond to satisfy our work needs. Thank You Michelle, you are the best.

Michelle brings her A-game every day and she sets the bar high for the whole customer service team. She makes us very proud. Your chat sales rep was the only one of several companies to get back to me regarding my questions. Your emails regarding shipping of our order were timely and very helpful. Although the item was slightly more expensive than the competition, the excellent customer service was well worth it. Thank you!
