I would give this company 5 stars.. but they only report to Experian as of right now. I have a credit limit with StellarFi for over 21,300. It’s helped my Experian score big time and helped me get approved for a high limit personal cc. Hopefully they resolve the issue with TransUnion and Equifax.

it seems to be a decent company/ app to help restore & build your credit score while building credit history... I'm not sure if its just my account that is having this issue or if its everyone else...i was slowly adding my bills one @ a time...I was curious how it worked...they used to have TONS of vendors in their database, but now I can't find the ones I was wanting to link...I emailed them & I was given a generic response of they got rid of a bunch of vendors...I find it strange they did b/c my friend who set me up with them has all the vendors avaliable to him when he searches for them... that's probably my only gripe...it feels like they've blocked me from certain vendors...

We recently made a 'clean up' update to our vendor database, which resulted in the removal of some vendors. This decision was made to streamline our services and ensure we provide the best possible support for our members. However, you can still manually connect your bills if the vendors you need are not listed. Here's a quick guide on how to do that: 1. Log in to your StellarFi account 2. Go to "Add Bill" 3. Click "Link Directly" 4. Enter the necessary details for the bill you want to connect. This is a great app if you are not financially struggling and maintain a high balance in your account. I live paycheck to paycheck and bills were declining due to other bills running the funds before stellarfi processed the payments. I just am not a fan of the processing times.

Customer service was not very helpful when I was attempting to set up account. Although the problem was that my account didn't have the $4.99 fee in the account. The fact that I online chatted with 3 different reps and only 1 knew the answer right away. The other reps needed several minutes to give answers plus the time waiting in chat. When someone gives access to their personal bank account it is very sketchy experience to be chatting online with a person somewhere in this world and there are not knowledgeable or give the impression of being uninformed.

Regarding your account setup and payment of membership fees, your connected bank account on file needs to have sufficient funds to cover the outstanding payment. If you recently deposited funds into your account, please allow 1-2 business days for your bank to clear the pending deposit. Once the pending deposit is cleared, our system will be able to see the full funds available in your account, and at that time, the payment should go through.
