Beautiful craftsmanship
Beautiful craftsmanship, the ring was perfect and exactly what I wanted it to be. Staff were extremely helpful when there was an issue with the delivery. My only advise to Stellar Adorn would be to use a different courier than Evri.

My ring is awful
My ring is awful. It looks like it should be in the children's section at Target. The color is nothing like the advertised picture. My family and my employees have questioned why I bought it. I really regret this purchase.

Dear Stacy! Thank you for your feedback. We understand you're unhappy with the ring's color, but as we explained, color variations due to lighting and photography are normal and not a quality defect. We offered a return with a 30% handling fee as per our policy. You refused and instead posted emotional comments on social media while demanding a free return. Since this is not a quality issue, we cannot meet your request. We will continue to improve and provide better products and services for our customers. — Stellar Adorn Team

Lost stones within days
My fiancé had ordered a beautiful emerald cut Saphire ring for me, the proposal was beautiful and the ring amazing. However, within a week of getting the ring two stones fell out. When he contacted the company they sent another ring straight away. I was so excited to put my ring back on. Within 2 days of having the new ring another stone fell out, to say I was sad is an understatement. THe "gold plating" on the band had already started wearing off. The company is now only offering a 50% refund:( What should have been such a precious memory is now a frustrating and sad one.

In this case, after being informed of the issue with the replacement ring, we offered the original purchaser a full refund and confirmed no return was required. Great quality, delicate piece
The product I ordered arrived as expected. The quality has outperformed my initial expectation and concern from buying online. It arrived fairly quickly. I was concerned by the lack of tracking information provided, but was reassured by the company when I asked on updates. I would buy again.
