Absolutely terrible customer service! I contacted them because I didn’t get any updates on shipping and was told the item was in stock when I purchased and had to be made so there was a delay on shipping. The customer service agent was also extremely rude and patronising eg “do you want a refund or not”. First time ordering and I will never buy again and will never recommend. Terrible experience and advise others to avoid avoid avoid.

Hi Imogen, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, we would like to clarify that we responded to your concerns in a timely manner and did our best to assist you. You informed us that you needed the package to arrive by Friday. We explained that we could not guarantee delivery by that date, and the earliest estimated timeframe would be around one week based on the shipping process. As the timeframe did not meet your requirements, we offered solutions to help, including the option of a refund. Unfortunately, the proposed solution was not accepted, and we were disappointed to see this review posted afterward. We always aim to provide clear communication and find a suitable solution for every customer. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service. — Stellar Adorn Team
