I purchased the solar camping lantern that comes with a USB charge cord in December. The lantern does not charge with the solar panel despite being left in direct sunlight outside for 8 hours. Stealth Angel customer service offered no solutions, no replacement, no refund. Stuck with a faulty product. Piss poor customer service!!! Do not buy from them. They sell crap and don't stand behind their product.

Ordered products on the Shop app. Ordered April 24, delivered by April 30th, and the package was stolen from my mail room. Reported it in email to them on Thursday the 30th. No response through Monday morning. Emailed again telling how I'd spoken to the USPS delivery driver, that she remembers delivering the package, that someone stole the package. "USPS says it was delivered." Yes, you're right, it was delivered and then stolen, so how are we fixing this? "Oh, we'll talk to USPS about the failed delivery" followed by 2 days of silence. I'd comment on the quality of the gear if I ever received it. Unfortunately, my package was delivered, stolen, and Stealth Angel Survival's opinion seems to be "Huh, that's unfortunate".

Beware of scams and fraud and dishonest advertising. I ordered a mystery box and got a few JUNK ITEMS. not even worth the $30 I paid plus the $5 shipping. They should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Honestly, if customer service cannot answer questions concerning the efficacy of certain mask canisters for certain chemicals then they shouldn't be in the business of selling gas masks. You wont get a second chance to test your mask if you are in a real life threatening situation with certain chemicals. These products are life and death type of protective gear, and they are pretending to sell something they cannot or refuse to answer for. I will pay more money for NIOSH approved gas masks. This company is not worth the risk.

Horrible experience. The SHOP bot changed my shipping address to an old address. I caught it when I received purchase confirmation minutes after purchase. I immediately tried to call. Outside their hours - directed to email. Immediately sent email. Still within 15 minutes of placing order. Received an AI email response next day confirming it WAS being sent to wrong address. Checked tracking number - package NOT received yet by USPS. Tried calling again- sent to voicemail. Emailed again. Got an AI email back next day - now 2 days after purchase saying address could not be changed. Tried calling again. Voicemail. Emailed again. Nada.

Only two things are sub par with these guys. The quality of the product and the lack of customer support. Stay away.
