So many bad reviews. How didn’t I check this before buying anything from this store ???
I bought the Self Defense Stick Pro Retractable.
Terrible quality. Terrible !!!!
It broke the moment I released the safety pin.
It was a nightmare to close it in order to put it back in the box. The velcro was loose, the thing for the belt was sewn halfway.
What a piece of crap !!!
Called their number many times, all the times to voicemail. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. You’ll regret it.

Ordered solar power lantern
Ordered solar power lantern. It would not open. Asked for a replacement. After several requests, they sent me a very old lantern that was broken. This outfit is one to avoid.

I bought a knife that locks up,who knows what happened to yhe light on it., I have a gold flashlight. With the 3 lights, it almost caught fire. And a car battery charger that couldn't charge a phone... All garbage. Buyer beware. You take their stuff outdoors, you could cause a fire and ruin a lot of Forrest. I see I'm only allowed to pick a date of purchase when you want it, mi e was a few years ago and recent, bull just pick any date to make trust pilot happy

Plasma ARC Lighter, well, not a working one......
I bought a plasma ARC lighter from them in 2023.
Checked it worked, charged it up and stashed it in a go-bag.
Makes sense right? Survival gear ready to go if needed.
I didn't just forget about it, I checked it a few times, still worked and then charged it up and back in the bag.
Until this time that is.
I tried it, nothing, not a flicker, nothing at all.
I read a post online about them sometimes not holding charge, which isn't very good in a survival tool if you think about it.
So I tried charging it, no success. I tried multiple different charging bricks and multiple different charging cables including the original one it came with.
I sometimes got a flickering blue light but never got a steady light and I absolutely never got it to spark, let alone strike an arc.
Bear in mind I have two other arc lighters, both different manufacturers and they are the same age, have been stored the same length of time in the same way and they both still work just fine and take a charge.
So I don't think it's any issue my end, I think the lighter just took a crap on me.
I haven't used it to save my life during the three years, it's chronological age sure but not mileage.
I emailed them to ask about it and got an automated response telling me someone would get back to me within 24 hours.
12 days later after getting nothing I emailed again and got a snotty one line reply telling me it was out of warranty.
I know that, I still kinda expect it to work. If I'd beaten it to death, if I'd lit a thousand fires with it, if it had taken me to Antarctica and the Himalayas and back I would get it.
I would accept that it's reasonable that it was worn out.
But it hasn't, it has done nothing but sit in a go bag ready to go if I need it.
Just like my other two that apparently I can trust to go when needed, unlike this one.
A fire lighting survival tool that can't be trusted to be stored until needed in a possible life saving emergency doesn't seem like much of a survival tool to me.
And snotty one line emails telling me I'm out of warranty sounds like they don't really have any faith in their own stuff.
It will last a year sure, but after that Buster you are on your own apparently.
So, I'm done. I have two others, I have other ways to light fires.
I maybe don't buy a butt ton of stuff from them but I'm pretty confident I've bought enough to more that cover the cost of making the effort here.
But no, zero effort on the customer service front.
A bit like the lighter I guess, nothing happening.
Not a dime more from me, and a negative review here in the hope that it will help other people make decisions.
I can't recommend them, not the products or the service.
I absolutely wouldn't trust my life to anything from them since clearly they have no faith in the longevity themselves.

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE
bought a survival kit which included a flashlight, which did not work. I emailed and asked about having the defective product replaced. A one line response, "did I charge it." I replied I can't because its non rechargeable. I asked for a 100% return of my money and a return label. I was told a return label is not provided I need to pay for the cost of shipping. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIABLE AND NON RESPONSIVE TO CUSTOMER NEEDS/CONCERNS.

Received defective product
Received defective product. Since the item was defective, I asked for a return shipping label and they have yet to send me one. They want me to pay for the return shipping cost, then they said they will refund my purchase cost. I could accept that if I simply changed my mind and didn't want the item anymore, but the item was bent and defective out of the box. Do not do business with this company.

I purchased the solar camping lantern…
I purchased the solar camping lantern that comes with a USB charge cord in December. The lantern does not charge with the solar panel despite being left in direct sunlight outside for 8 hours. Stealth Angel customer service offered no solutions, no replacement, no refund. Stuck with a faulty product. Piss poor customer service!!! Do not buy from them. They sell crap and don't stand behind their product.
