I placed HIV RNA test at LabCorp on july 18 2018, they psot the result on july 22 , the result is positive for HIV 1. They send my information to the helth department in my state and county . I received 3 mail in my 3 address that i stay now and previously, thats mean they got my all information. I ordered another HIV antibody 4gen in quest diagnostics on july 30 2018 and the result came nagetive . The helth department talked to me about the results on August 07 2018 and i showed my new results to them . The tooke by blood for another test on August 07 2018 and same day I ordered another HIV RNA through std check at quest diagnostics. After a week i got call from helth department and they want ne to go there , i went and the results are negative but I didn’t received my results from stdcheck.com. I called them after 10 days but customer service is very bad . Its 27 days passed but still didn’t receive my results. I called yesterday and got my result that quest diagnostics gave them on August 10 2018 but those people didn’t send me . I really hate them . I will never order through them. They use low quality test . They said they run 2nd test for free with same blood sample if result are positive. My question is if they run second test so why my test come false positive? Its a RNA test and most accurate but I dealing with this for cupel month and having anxiety.

They trick you into purchasing a panel of tests, but leave out a crucial one, then hit you for it after the purchase for an additional $95. When you go to cancel then a 20% fee. Scam. This puts them $50 more expensive than other websites

Consultation was a scam. My test results were negative but still had symptoms. Asked for consultation. Doctor called and couldn’t provide any additional diagnosis or treatment. Why would they go ahead and call? Would not give me a refund. Total scam.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Turn around time for tests is NOT true. Takes much much longer. And they use 2nd rate labs. They keep deleting me. Sad...ill report them on other sites. No biggie.

Purchased test online. Followed the instructions to submit a sample. Was told the results would arrive in 2 days. That was a week ago. I have reached out to them twice and both times they say the results will be available the next day. If I had known they were incompetent I would have gone someplace else.

Cancellation policy is BS. Called service and was told to wait for about a week of business days and yet, 2 weeks have passed with no refund. Contacted them 2 days ago and was guaranteed a reply within 48 hours but guess what? Nothing. They STOLE my freakin money. Don't trust this shady organization

This company is Bullsh*t. You can literally send someone a text message stating their sexual partner has an STD without any tests. I personally had the text sent to myself to see how easy it was because my daughter received one. Come to find out it was a jealous ex. Do not pay this company anything. It’s ridiculous.
