The site is not accurate on the timing of the HIV RNA test. It's been 5 days and no results. Just found out that they only do testing on Mon, Wed, Fri. Have been waiting way past 48hrs to find out the results. They need to change the misleading language on the website: From the website: HIV RNA Early Detection Test "Get tested for HIV today and know your status within 48 hours." "Results in 1-2 Days" These are misleading promotions and false.

My results didnt come quickly as asvertised. It took 5 days. I was told i would have to pay more to have a prescription written. My funds were low, so i had to wait till i had enough to pay. When i logged in to pay, i was told i would have to test again. If i test again, i wont be able to afford treatment again. I feel like i got ripped off.

Watch out.. this company is sending out mass spam text emails playing with peoples minds that they were the recipient of a STD... upon research, looks to be spam.. plus if you look at the recent reviews.. they're all fake.. all in the span of less than 3 days

Awful experience after i tested positive for Chlamydia and the doctors stood me up and didn’t call me as promised after I had paid for the consult. Abandoned on Christmas Eve after waiting all weekend to start treatment. No one cared. Go somewhere else for testing. The Quest lab I use have screwed my bloodwork up several times. I’m afraid my previous clean urine test wasn’t clean. I’ve requested a refund and will see if they come through. Shady and definitely received scripted answers from the reps with little to no substance. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and get tested!!!! Rip off indeed!!!

I needed to be tested -- so I paid for the 10 panel test, and was tested last Monday, November 19th. It is now Friday night, (November 23rd) and I haven't heard any results. I tried to leave a message -- but nobody has contacted me back. I tried to call the 24/7 toll-free number, but it turns out, there are limited hours, and the call service center wasn't taking calls. So, no 24/7 communication. This is a scam.

Very poor customer service. They lost track of my test results and were nonresponsive regarding my requests for clarification. It's been almost a week now which is far longer than their promised 1-2 day turnaround. Their customer support is vague and gives template answers with no offer of remediation of their failures to deliver on tests that were paid for in good faith.

What a rip off they sale you what you think is a complete lab testing and then after taking payment let you know you need all this other testing and a high cost !!!! when you cancel the order they charge you 20% fee to cancel !!!!! They are a rip off and used car salesmen !!!!!!

I got my test on Tuesday, its Saturday and I STILL dont have my results. I asked about it on day 3 and they said they would let me know 12 hours later which they didnt. Dont waste your time, go somewhere else for testing. I call their '24 hour customer support' and they just put you on hold.
