UPDATE: 100% REFUND WAS RECEIVED 2/10/2021. I'd give it zero stars if possible. I canceled my test kits a day after ordering. I was told a refund...less 20% cancelation fee... would be processed within 5 business days. After 9 business days I called back and was told an "unknown error" occurred when my original refund was processed but assured the funds would be in my account by the end of the week (1/29/2021). I called again today 2/4/2021 and was told it would be sent to a supervisor for immediate processing. I asked for a FULL refund of $219.00 for the inconvenience of the delayed refund as well as having to call 3 times. I was told I'd have to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a VOICE MAIL. I'm not sure what one's experience is if you actually use their service, but canceling is a huge ordeal and a lot of run around.

I got an email indicating someone I was with tested positive. I’ve only been with one person in 5 yrs. not only did this cause a lot of tension, stress, anxiety, and money.... but it wasn’t true. I’m pissed thar this company can send emails to people without confirming who they are sending them to. Both of us got checked for everything and there was nothing wrong. No cheating. No stds. It should be criminal to send these messages

How does this service work? Where is it located, is there a site in Flint Michigan?

Website states 24-48 hours for results, this is not the case. It does not include weekends, which I was initially told by staff it did. Customer service reps are rude and do not take into consideration the stress of waiting for results. Will never use this website again. I'm going on day 4 waiting for results.

Bait and Switch This company knowingly sold me testing at a clinic near me with 1-2 day results. 30 seconds after I paid, they told me that I had to go to another clinic to get results in the timeframe they promised on their site. Their online chat support person was rude, and their phone support people said they could only give me 80% of the money back even though committed fraud. I am charging it back with my credit card company. UPDATE BASED ON THEIR DISHONEST RESPONSE: They knew prior to charging me for a test with a specified result timeframe that they couldn't deliver it. Then, as soon as they charged my card they told me the truth. That's EXACTLY bait and switch.

I ordered the test for $188 and was charged another $149 the same day to my credit card. I called about it and asked why I was charged 2 fees and they said it was an extra blood panel I ordered and there was nothing they could do because I already received my test results. They could have refunded the other $149 had I not received my results but now they can’t. I just received my statement TODAY how was I supposed to know they had charged me 2 fees the same day before receiving my QUICK results, and before I received my statement showing I was charged the extra $149???

You will NOT get your results in 24-48 hours if you get tested any day after Wednesday. They are very VERY misleading on their website. I even paid the extra 50 to have results in 12 hours and they could not deliver. A lot of what they advertise is false. Do not expect fast results in any capacity.
