I guess they are OK when everything goes to plan, but when an issue pops up, and it is with the Lab they use, then good luck trying to get any help from them. Apparently, you can make the claim of 100% satisfaction while not actually willing to try to help when something goes wrong. Use any other service except them.

After getting my lab results I received a message that a clinician consultation was ‘Needed’. This was an additional $99 for a couple minute phone call, with absolutely no conclusive information that wasn’t already on my lab result - (telling me I would need to be retested). I also felt every question I asked in my consultation was met with nothing new or conclusive either. When I contacted their customer support after unhappy with my experience (what felt very scammy and simply a useless interaction) they refused to offer me a refund and said that’s just the way the process works and any doctor going over a result asking for additional testing would also cost that amount or more. Unfortunately, this isn’t true. I’ve had plenty of over the phone consultations post-lab result of any kind where I was recommended additional testing and not robbed of $100. Sure, the testing price point may catch your attention, but the customer support should not. Not to mention, if you read forums online these lab tests are notorious for being incorrect. Wish I’d protected myself in the beginning. Disappointed they didn’t care about my experience at all.

Needed a Saturday appointment. Picked a lab with Saturday operating hours. After stdcheck took my money they notified me that I could not use my selected lab. No other labs could be found open on Saturday. Customer service only refunded 80% of my money. Frustrating experience.

Never received my results. Called multiple times and get hung up on. So annoying avoid at all cost!

Total scam. Do Not use std check. Find another service.

Worst experience with there orders and billing. After I dug a little deeper I have discovered that they are actually operating a fraudulent enterprise. We are currently checking what can be done but, in the meantime please do yourself a big favor and do NOT use their service.

I paid for initial testing,results phone consultation. I received my results through the app n spoke with a consultant.I was then offered a phone consultation with a doctor for an additional 95.00 ,I agreed.I.paid the 95.00.I recieved a call the following day from assistant giving me Test results.I said I paid to speak with a doctor .she said I'm a assistant the doctor won't be calling.I said I want a refund because I didn't get what I purchased. She said no refund.I put in a dispute. I went to check my online results n was told I owe them 95.00. My initial payment covered test ,result,consultation.n prescription if needed.They stole my money and then locked me out of my account because I put in a dispute for the 95.00 doctors fee.The services were not rendered.Im in titled to a refund. Shame on you.Playing with people's lives. The representative was ruid and when I asked for a supervisor she transferred me to a voice mail.

Charged for a test I did not order, was simply looking for the actual test I needed online. Customer support was not helpful, and so I was charged over $100.00 without anyone attempting to rectify this charge. This charge by the way, was incurred on my credit card and I had NO invoice or receipt for this. Would not use this website or any affiliated website. Recommend real healthcare professionals instead.
