The online ordering process is quick and easy. There are several labs in my area, the closest being less than a 10 minute drive from my home. No appointment was required at the lab and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The lab was clean, well-run and the staff was very friendly and efficient. My test results arrived via email as promised and were clear and understandable. All in all, a good experience.
