Very nice staff and very helpful and no judgement whatsoever. Whenever I want to test for STDs, my usual doctor starts judging me and I'm always scared of a positive result but when I came for testing here, the staff was very nice at the lab and very encouraging too. The lady on the phone was very helpful and she went with me on details of my test results. I would definitely test here again and I will after couple weeks to make sure my results are conclusive. Just a note , the 4th generation tests and the HIV RNA tests might take 3-5 business days as they take longer to process, but in general, the results came back very fast.

I ordered online, went to the place an hour later, and got my results the next day. Very fast, convenient experience.
