The signing up online was easy, the privacy was exceptional, and the on-site laboratory service was good. However, two negative things stood out: First, the LabCorp address listed on the website that was the closest in my local hometown had moved to a different location and the website did not update the new address. Second, the test results did NOT take 1-2 days. After waiting four nail-biting days, I finally called the hotline directly to remind them to e-mail me with the test results. I recommend you do the same if your results do not show up within 3-4 days. The phone service was professional, polite, and easy, I must admit. Overall, I was pleased, except for these two minor issues.

confusing website, lab wanted to know what dr and test cuz they didnt get paper work i was on hold at your 800 number till lab was closed and had to return next day

Nothing special but it was okay for testing.

The signup and testing procedure was great. The lab was convenient and quick and we got the results back the next day. The issue I have is they don't tell you on the website that you can get a $15 per person discount for more than one test at a time. The only way I knew there was such a thing was I called in to ask about the invoice, and the voice over mentioned the discount, so I asked. The CSR indicated because the tests had already been purchased, the discount could not be applied. There should be allowances on the website to allow for multiple test discounts.

Fast result and not too expensive. Although when I got there I was asked in front of two people what I was testing for so not too descreet.
