Cynthia took my blood and was wonderful. Usually when someone takes my blood it takes multiple tries and they end up hurting me and leaving bruises that last a long time. Cynthia got my blood on one try, I felt no pain and you can't even tell that someone stuck a needle in my arm. I will never go to another lab other than Quest Diagnostic again. They are the best!

I appreciate the online shopping of tests without doctors recommendation that is made available here. Although it is little difficult to figure out the first time on how and what to do, so I called the help line listed. The attendant was excellent, well-informed, polite and patient in explaining the procedure. Once you do it the first time, it is very easy to repeat it. They store your tests, give great discounts. I just hope it was more easy to find them in the first place.
