STD check is amazing and fast. And their customer service is amazing and very helpful even when I needed it the most.

Not as fast as the advertisement states - the HIV RNA test actually takes around 3-4 business days. But still, they're the only approved agency that provides RNA test I believe. The process was smooth. I paid. I printed the form. I went to the lab and got my blood drawn. I received my result in about 55 hours. Truly grateful I didn't contract the thing!!!! Though I displayed most of the symptoms. Guys, please use protection the pleasure isn't worth it!!

Affordable & friendly customer service. It is my first time using online lab testing agency to do my tests. These tests were 20-40% cheaper than direct tests with Labcorp/Quest. There is no difference how these test samples are collected. There was no headache or additional hoops run to get these tests done. I was able to reach out to customer service when I needed clarification.

Multiple places for your convenience and very reasonable price only $24 to compare with many other places $59 or even more, plus result got less than 1 day! The reason I give 4 stars is because I didn't get the order form printed down when I arrived and my phone had no power, but they don't have that service at lab. You have to place an order, pay online, then print down the order before showing up. Overall, I love healthlabs.com I recommend all health field students to go there - cheap and fast!

Everythig was nice and easy and fast the only thing that i didnt like was the vibe at the lab, but im sure they were just having an off day
