House layout is nice and spacious
House layout is nice and spacious. All standard amenities available. Cleaning before arrival was below average with cobwebs in garage and inside entryway. Beds in both rooms are incredibly uncomfortable and there is a ant issue.

Dylan, We are so sorry to hear that the cleanliness found in your apartment was not to our standards. We would like the opportunity to offer you complimentary cleaning of your apartment and will be in touch shortly to schedule that for a convenient time. We take cleaning very seriously and clearly failed in this circumstance. We hope to learn more from this experience and we hope to have another opportunity in the future for you to experience our true standards. Sincerely, Mainsail Leadership, Sarah Everhart

Landon House is a great location
Landon House is a great location. I spent 2 years overseas and the Lake Nona Town Center area is a great way to acclimate to living in the US. The apartment is well managed and MainSail made sure I had everything I need. I appreciate all the help!

I highly recommend Mainsail and Mainsail properties
This is the second time I have stayed at this Mainsail Orlando property. I have always been highly impressed with the Mainsail personnel I have dealt with - both in arranging my temporary apartment and also during my occupancy of apartments. Excellent customer service is indeed something I have repeatedly experienced in dealing with Mainsail. No question is too small for them to quickly answer. When my mail box key for my current apartment was not working, a duplicate key was cut and ready within hours. I am currently on a multi-month occupancy and Mainsail graciously allowed me to leave clothes and food in the apartment during a two-day lag between my occupancy lease periods. That was certainly something they did not have to allow, yet it demonstrates the exceptional customer service I have experienced. I would definitely use the services of Mainsail again in the future and would heartily recommend this company and the apartment complex I am using.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay for several months. Great gym, nice people, good location. Clean, full sized clothes washer and dryer, full sized kitchen with oven and microwave. Really nice.
