We had $35k in windows installed
We had $35k in windows installed. It’s been 2+ years we’ve been calling for them to come and fix a cracked window. They came out and measured it within a few weeks of our request. Since then, it’s been one excise after another. Spending that kind of money and zero foe up is disheartening and flat out wrong. This particular window must’ve been faulty as all the other windows are fine. We just want the window fixed is all. Simple request. The windows are good but the after job service is terrible.
