Statewide RemodelingReviews of statewideremodeling.com

Note: The sales man showed us all good reviews of past jobs they did, he said no bad reviews, he tricked us! 1. Sales man David Parenti very helpful whenever he could add more money to the project for Statewide profits margin (40%). 2. We (Wife and Me) talked with sales rep and then the project manager Keith (Broken Arrow Office) about the scope of work. But when it came time to replace damaged wood, the installer told me he could not do that. So when you hire Statewide for a project, also hire second company to fix or finish what the will not do. 3. Fine dirt covered everything in back half of the house after roof removal. We had to clean that! 4. They sent copy of contract to my wife's email, but I couldn't locate it. So I got Statewide to send it to my email, while reading it, I couldn't find all the scope of work I had been told by sales rep. and manager in there. 5. I asked for the scope of work to be shown in the contract and they would not do it. I also asked for detailed breakdown of itemized of parts and labor cost as well as other charges or profits to Statewide. Clearly stated by sales, manager and upper management the will not do that. 6. Sales did not show good picture of shower head with hand held wand controller knob. Before it was installed, I noticed the wand control knob is located on the side of the shower head. Seven foot in the air and the wife is 5' 1", had to get different assembly, the sales should have just replaced it but charged us another $758 and did not refund other device charge. When asking manager about it he said it was subtracted from new device price, but just not listed on the contract update. 7. Upper manager contacted me for any reason that we would not rate the Statewide project with a 10 rating. I listed all the items shown above and he would not respond back, so after a week I ask him if he got all my data and pictures of issues and he had. Now he is telling me we will only get a survey from Home Depot and not Statewide Remodeling. I am confused why he would ask me all those questions and then not send of survey!

We had $35k in windows installed. It’s been 2+ years we’ve been calling for them to come and fix a cracked window. They came out and measured it within a few weeks of our request. Since then, it’s been one excise after another. Spending that kind of money and zero foe up is disheartening and flat out wrong. This particular window must’ve been faulty as all the other windows are fine. We just want the window fixed is all. Simple request. The windows are good but the after job service is terrible.

I'm a completely disabled veteran and needed a low threshold shower instead of a tub. They completed the job fairly quickly but lied about the aspects (that the curtain rod would be able to hold a person's full weight if they fell and that the bottom would be slipless) and the cost was 3x what I could get from a local worker for the quality of the material.

They did a great job installing. But my sister who I got the tub for unfortunately is NOT so happy with it. She cannot get to a soaking position with her shoulders or chest in the water. We have a 50-gallon hot water tank, but it is NOT enough to actually fill the tub without waiting for the tank to recover some more water usually about a 10-minutes wait before being able to get enough water to fill the tub to a point where you can turn on the jets. A 60-gallon tank is probably needed. I have enjoyed the tub a couple times, but I don't have mobility issues. I got the tub for my sister who has mobility and balance issues, and she cannot even wash her hair comfortably in the walk-in tub. I just wasted a bunch of money!

They cancelled an appointment first of all last minute and the call center agent in Dallas told me they had double-booked me in case the other customer had cancelled... then they made another appointment that the agent didn't put in the system so that was no show as well. Finally got someone to come to the house after telling them that I would be present, not husband. They have strict policy of both home owners needing to be present, even though there is no money exchanging hands, this is to get estimate only. My husband works long hours and trusts me to get a quote. The guy came into my house and then refused to give a quote for the One door as my husband not present. Waste of time and would not want to work with this company, absolutely no sense of customer service. Their competitors do Not require both homeowners to be present for a quote, will be going with them. My husband said likely this is scam to pressure customers to sign immediately once they give presentation, that's why they're so insistent to have both slides home, they don't want you to be able to say "need to talk to my spouse" etc, want to pressure you to sign on the spot.

We were so impressed with the representatives who called on us after we inquired about a shower remodel with Statewide. Both Brian and David were invaluable and knowledgeable about the products and services. They answered all of our questions and spent a lot of time with us designing the shower. We are retired and my husband is a Vietnam veteran. They made sure he recieved his military discount and worked up a design cost affordable for us. It is going to be beautiful and safer with the handle bars and shower seat. We are so excited and and can't wait for it to get started and then to see our new beautiful walk in shower. So far we are absolutely pleased with Statewide and all its representives. Thank you Brian and David!

I paid around $32,500 for the installation of a sunroom with a guaranteed lifetime warranty. When my window suddenly shattered without anything hitting it or causing breakage, I called for repair & was given misleading contact information several times followed by 2 servicemen to measure & order a window. After waiting 3 months, I was told that my window would not be covered by my warranty. Statewide does NOT tell you who you can talk to for assistance other than “Upper Management “ - no names or contact information. Beware of any service provider who only provides a form to fill in rather than names & numbers of real people.

Contacted Jacuzzi for a bathroom remodel quote, then find out their installer is Statewide. Told them I was not interested due to the overwhelming bad reviews they have. Since then I have received over 40 telephone calls from Statewide from numerous different Texas area codes. Holy smoke - I will NEVER use them for anything.
