I’m in dire need of birth certificate. Paid 120.00 ish. I checked the box that said my reason for needing it was for id. Then they email me back saying they need more I download a form that I need to sign saying I’m me and it is for me. But it must be notorized. How do you get a notary without a id.? I finally found some notary who knew me so I got it sent it in. They got it and approved it. On the 28th. But no email stating they sent it. And it’s the 31st. I’m at a stand still and need it so bad.
