I was very surprised to get my birth certificate sent about a month after I applied. I had read some complaints that it takes a long time or I didn’t need to use the third-party service but by golly I paid my whatever it was and now I have a perfect beautiful birth certificate and I can finally get my real ID from the California DMV.

Don’t use this to get documents. They want you to pay a ridiculous fee to have documents sent via ups. I never received my document and they said it was lost in the mail. They want me to pay for the document again.

This company claims to send birth certificate with the apostle service and charges for it and does not send it.

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We do not offer apostille services, and we do not advertise or charge for them. We can assist in obtaining a birth certificate, however for an apostille, the vital record must be submitted through the appropriate state authority for the apostille process. I ordered a Birth Certificate for my daughter. I paid online, then I was asked to go to a Notarization service online and pay more in order to get my copy! Why didn't they tell us ahead of time?

Thank you for the feedback. Some birth certificate requests require notarization under state rules. We list NotaryLive as a convenient option, but customers may use any commissioned notary or complete notarization in person as there is no obligation.

Their service is awful. Ordered birth certificates for my brother on 2/6/2025. Today is Wednesday, March 19th, I called the Ohio Dept of Health to see if they had received the request. I mistakenly thought I had ordered directly from the state, not a 3rd party service. The representative I spoke with stated State Vital Records takes forever to send the requests for certificates and they don't have an order for the birth certificates in their system yet and that I should call bact next week to see if the order has been received yet. Not only that, they charged $68 for two copies, $25 per copy plus a $4 processing fee and a $14 transaction fee. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from these jokers and order yours directly from the state of birth. Tomorrow it will be 6 WEEKS since these were ordered. Horrible, horrible, horrible service, if you can even call is a service.
