Too high of cost for the late arrival. My driver was great and don’t blame him but would use a different service company next time.

Dear Sir, our records indicate that your ride was only 8 minutes (eight minutes) late, due to traffic conditions, thus we don't understand the unwarranted 1-star review. I can see here that we've already issued a $5 credit to your Taxi Profile for any inconvenience and you were notified thereof. Unless we are missing something, this review seems unreasonable, and we suggest removing it. In future, please schedule a ride in advance and your ride will be guaranteed to arrive on time, despite traffic. Thanks for your understanding and support, Team at States Taxi LLC, statestaxi.com +1(407)-813-4675

We called several days in advance to line up a taxi to meet us at our destination. They said they would arrive 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We arrived 45 minutes early and called to let them know that we had arrived and asked if they could come sooner. Within minutes, our driver arrived. Great service! Very reliable. Would recommend them to everyone. Definitely will use the service again.
