Dear Mam, thanks for bringing your feedback to our attention. As discussed telephonically, you received what you paid for: a large 3-row SUV. You did inform us of your many luggage pieces and we are sorry that it could not fit. Our dispatcher immediately offered to send you an additional vehicle at no extra cost, to arrive within 10 minutes, but you declined the offer. We did issue a $10 credit to your taxi profile, which will not expire. Thanks again for your understanding and we hope to make things right with your next ride.
