Product as indicated, shipping a little slow.
Response from Stateside Bead SupplyNov 16, 2017
Thank you, Karen, for letting us know that your package was a little slow getting to you. We do offer Next Day and 2 Day delivery options if you need your package to arrive sooner. Although, most delivery times are within 2 to 4 days, in the continental United States through the USPS option, weather permitting of course.

Quick delivery and nice product …
Quick delivery and nice product carefully packaged. The hematite rings were sized larger--by a full ring size--than the chart I was using, so I had to reorder, but I don't know whose error that was, the chart I was using or Stateside.
Response from Stateside Bead SupplyNov 16, 2017
Thank you, Laurie, for letting us know about this issue. We are working a size chart for the website to help solve this problem. We appreciate you being so patient and allowing us to correct the problem for you.
