Stateside Bead SupplyReviews of statesidebeadsupply.com

I've been purchasing from stateside bead supply for quite a few years and I've always had great service and product from them. I will continue to do business with them.

Easy to order, fair prices, quick delivery, the perfect storm. A quality company!

I am so glad to have found your web store. I was impressed by the prices then the quality of the products. I have been in bead heaven since receiving my order which came earlier than promised, the beads are such good quality. It's always been a problem to find good magnetics beads to fit my budget, thanks to you that need has been fulfilled. I will visit often and recommend to all my bead buddies, thank you for being the stairway to bead heaven.

Fast service, item as described. Overall great experience.

Service was excellent. Delivery was a day before I was told it would arrive. Great quality and I highly recommend this company.

These people know how to treat customers & if you need any jewelry needs; they're the ones I'd recommend.

First of all my transaction was seamless and easy! I was able to navigate the site with ease due to clear labeling and grouping, tile pictures allowed me to buy at a glance and know what I was ordering. Once my cart was full I only had to fill out my info and choose a payment method. There was no harassing pop-ups telling me to sign up for service or become a member, guest check out was so simple my five year old nephew could have done it for me. Shipping was fast and low cost! And to top it off, after forgetting a few items and returning only hours after my first transaction to order what I had remembered latter, I received a phone call from them asking if I would like to combine shipping; I had left the default settings on my first order for shipping options and it was more expensive, they let me choose the less expensive route and have me a full refund on the shipping of the first item! Talk about wonderful and diligent customer service! I hope to be using this supply store for purchase to come as more projects come up! A wide selection and some of the coolest magnetic beads I have seen, in low cost small quantities! A crafters dream come true!!!

I have make multiple orders and have been completely satisfied with all of the items received.
