only complaint is that I cannot access past purchases.
I love the products, the fast shipping and the ease of ordering. I would however appreciate being able to have access to past orders to be able to reorder some of the exact same beads without having to guess at size or color.

Great Company! Tim is always very helpful when needed
Great company with good customer service and quantity discounts. I just wish that their bulk discount would be for categories; ie-all stone beads instead of categories with in the category like "round stone beads," then if you want the same bead in another style you have to start over again to get your discount. It's a great company that I have bought from for year.

My experience
The beads are excellent. Only problem is the 3-hole magnetic clasps loose their coating after about a year. My last order (#39804) was shipped on 2 day priority and took 18 days to reach me. Next time I will opt for UPS.

quick prompt service
your little round magnets all of them are much smaller than the picture on the web site shows so I was disappointed, the rings were just as the picture showed.

Marsha, Sorry for the confusion, we try to post a larger picture to show the details of the beads. We have a note on these pages that states the pictures are not the actual size. Please be on the look out for this, but if you are ever in doubt, just give us a quick email or call and we can answer any questions you may have about our products.

I always enjoy seeing what you have on your site - love what you offer, but compared to my other wholesalers your product is higher so I can't always justify buying from you.
