Very prompt. Exactly as ordered.
I am impressed by the completeness of their inventory in the product area of my interest. I was able to get everything in one place. Shipping was very quick and it was well packaged.

Excellent Service!
I have placed 3 orders with Stateside Bead Company. The first time I had questions, so I called them. Tim, one of the owners answered the phone right away and was of great help. There website is straight forward and easy to use. Every order has been shipped quickly. I highly recommend Stateside Bead Supply!
