Excellent service and prompt response
I am a first time buyer and order items. Delivery was prompt. However one item that I ordered did not come. I immediately contacted Stateside within 24 hours, the order was corrected and mailed out. Friendly service.

Mostly satisfied
My order was received in good time and good condition, but some of the items may be flawed. The 8mm fiber optic dark blue cat's eye beads didn't have much shimmer to them, not like they were pictured, so that was disappointing. The other colors were very good in that regard. I also bought some of the hemitite donuts, at least one was drilled a bit off, but still usable. Also the 8mm Emerald green fiber optic cat's eye were just a bit too big. The other color 8mms fit just perfectly in the donuts, but the emerald ones would not fit. I can still use them for other things but had wanted to use them with the donuts. All done, I will probably still shop with you as needed. :)

Thank you Ruth for your kind review. I took a look through our stock of 8mm cat's eye to see if I could find a better dark blue for you. It appears that the entire batch looks identical. On some colors, the "eye" varies, and we are working on getting a factory that delivers a consistant quality bead across all colors and sizes. Unfortunately, the darker colors tend to have a fainter "eye" than other colors and this appears to be consistant throughout the industry. If you cannot use either strand, please feel free to return them! You can exchange or get a refund. We want you to be happy and confident with your purchase! Good service
Great service, fast delivery. Haven't ordered for a couple of years, life got too complicated. The African Turquoise seems very dark compared to older batches, should work though.

sizes run small
Ring Sizes run a bit smaller than true size, but great value for the price

Nancy, hope you were still able to wear the ring, but if you need a bit larger size, let us know and we will send you another ring. We try to callibrate each ring to the true size. Best bet is to measure your finger with a string and let us know your exact size, we can help get you a ring that fits you best.
