If you are ever dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please send it back for a full refund. Keep in mind that the beads varying in number based on size and style of the bead. We list the approximate number on the strands under each catagory so our customers know what to expect when they receive their beads, but if you receive anything that you are not completely satisifed with, please call us and we can exchange or give you a refund.
