These five stars are for the Customer service agent, Maria, not for the site itself. I felt ripped off because I did not study the fine print to realize that I would be charged a monthly fee unless I cancelled. This is deceptive. Especially to panicked family members who are trying to find out what happened to a relative. Maria, however, handled it all with grace and ease. This five stars are for HER, not for a webisite that gave me virtually nothing for my original 4.95, much the 19.95 they tried to sneak in. Poor show.
