I'd give State Cashmere negative 100 stars if it was possible. Truly the worst online purchase experience ever. After my product arrived I decided to return it because the color was not what I expected. I soon found out there is not a way to contact anyone in this company - phone number was never answered, the emails and service requests went unanswered multiple times. I thought I had purchased from a scam company. Finally I looked up the company information online and found a phone number associated with their LLC. I called and thank goodness I reached a live human being. After that point the people I spoke with were genuine and I ended up getting a refund (after about 3-4 email back and forths). They never gave me a reason why the phone/emails were never answered. Overall I would tell people to AVOID purchasing from this company due to poor/non-existing customer service.

The blue was darker than the picture. Not as soft as real cashmere

I had been tempted by the cashmere throw for weeks. Then State had a very good sale so I ordered it as a treat for myself. It arrived at my house promptly and I have been enjoying it ever since.

Gloves I ordered were well made and shipped promptly. So happy I was able to find navy blue on your site.
