The sweater was nice. Not as soft as I expected (a bit irritating to my skin) And not $155 nice.

Having read some positive reviews, I was disappointed to receive a size Large sweater that didn’t fit well. It was long in the sleeves but tight through the chest. The return process was not the best. There was no return label or instructions in the original package. Instead, the expectation is that the customer email or call to get a return shipping label. AND there’s a restocking fee. I wouldn’t have ordered the product if I had known about the restocking fee. Felt like a throwback to the early days of online retail.

the button up sweater was of average to poor quality, flimsy. after a few wearings it has not held up well. plus limited options for shipping and i received two notices the day it was shipped and the day it was arriving, nothing in between.

I ordered two sweaters. When my package came, the packing slip showed two items but I only received one. I checked my bank account and had been billed for two items. I sent back an email expressing my concern and decided to wait a bit before I called. A couple of days later I received an email saying that my second sweater was on the way. I received it yesterday. I’m happy to have both items now but the process was a mess!

Nice quality, but the color is very different from the pictures. It looks lighter grey/ blue, but it's just plain grey in real life.

The service was excellent. I was unhappy with the product. The quality of the knitting and yarns was lovely, but the styling was puffy and frumpy. Suggest the Lands End alternative, which is flatter.
