Good service, good quality, great price

I've bought Marino wool that feels better than this. I don't know what standards make wool to qualify as cashmere but this is just a normal wool sweater. Itchy with hard fibers and not breathable. I've tried many cashmere brands and have bought many for me and my family. This is the worst yet. The sweater is very short even though I ordered a size bigger. It was delivered to my neighbor, and thank goodness my neighbor returned it to me. I went online to ask for a return since it's not at all as described and they charged me $8 for restocking fee. Ridiculous that the company sent products with poor quality and craftsmanship then ask money for returning them.

I ordered a Cardigan on 11/21/20, and it hasn't arrived yet. Why are you asking me to review State Cashmere before you have fulfilled my order?

1. I love these products. Good quality and soft, lovely cashmere. 2. The last order I placed without my coupon code. They were so helpful getting me a refund for the discount amount. So kind and helpful.

One sweater was missing in the package, customer service said going to send it again however it's been another 10 days, the status is still "UPS is waiting for the package".
