Making an exchange was super easy and timely

I am impressed with the quality of the cashmere turtleneck sweater from State Cashmere. Soft but warm. It's so light and comfortable. Hoping to get one or two more items from State Cashmere

The shirt I bought was nice but I had issues with the billing part of the “ try before you buy”. Due to travel I had to wait a little longer than the 5 day try on and they ended up billing me almost $500.00.. then after I returned it, they billed me yet again. It was very frustrating.

Lovely slippers. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice quality and sturdy soles!

I purchased a sweater dress. The dress I received didn’t look like the dress on the website. It was a different color than in the picture. The quality of the material was rough, not as smooth as cashmere typically is and felt low quality. When I returned the dress I was charged a $12.00 restocking fee, whereas normally online retailers refund the full amount. I will not purchase from this vendor again.

Late on shipping out so missed deadline even with expedited shipping paid for. Product return and received by merchant. Just processing refund now after 2 weeks. Will be another week before refund is received
