They deserve 0 stars. I wrote a review the other day to which they responded telling me that they are sorry for the mixup & have refunded my money on November 27. That was another lie. I then called them & the man on the line told me 4 different specific amounts of money they had returned on the 16th of November. Neither of which was true. I called my credit union & they verified that there was not even an attempt to make this right. They took over $800 from me. How horrible do you have to be as a human being (let alone a business) to scam people from the money they are trying to use to start something new for themselves. I got another email yesterday saying they had refunded. I asked them to send me a copy of the receipt & they sent me a fake receipt, as my financial institution has confirmed yet again that there was no attempt. I have recorded every conversation & have already been in touch with the BBB. Do not fall for these scam artists!

Starting a business is quite intimidating as I am a retired teacher, but have identified needs of children in my community. After vacillating about starting a mentoring program, I am diving in. Much to my delight, Emily has been patient, kind, and effective in meeting my needs as I work my way through this process. Thank you Emily!

I used State Fillings to help me file my LLC, and I had Emily as my account manager. I had questions and needed help with a few different things regarding my account page on their site; and she was incredibly prompt in responding to my emails, along with being very friendly yet professional. In addition the filing (and approval) of my LLC was basically immediate. From the time I completed things on my end, submitting my paper work to State Fillings; and they submitted my paperwork to the state; my LLC was approved all within 24 hrs. And even after that, I had some additional questions. Emily again answered them incredibly promptly, with the same kindness and professionalism; letting me know that she will continue to be there for me as my account manager. I can’t say enough about her and how helpful she was.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This website preys on the inexperienced. My bad, I thought I was on a legit govt website, not a 3rd party. I own that, but tried to right my mistake immediately. They don't take any calls after EST business hours, yet they file immediately. All customer service calls and emails were contradictory and unpleasant. No effort to do the right thing, even though it was totally possible and would have been good customer service. Don't fall for their up-selling! You can do this yourself for a fraction of the cost.
