Best Residential VPN
Its one of the best residential VPN in the market. Their customer support is also quite professional. I am quite satisfied with their services.

Refused to refund – poor service
I couldn’t benefit from the service, I barely used their IPs. I asked for a refund but they refused. Very disappointing experience
Response from StarVPNAug 17, 2025
Ismail, we refused to refund you because you opened a dispute and it's not possible to dispute a negative balance. Furthermore, we banned you permanently for violating our terms of services, we do not support users engaging in illegal activity. Once you are made aware of this ban only then you decided to retaliate with a negative review. Thus making this review not admissible as you're not a customer of StarVPN.

Modifying my first review
Modifying my first review. After upgrading chrome, I found browser extensions that didn't exist the first time I checked. Killed those browser extensions for good. Everything seems good over here now.

Quick responses during my research
I am currently exploring StarVPN to see if it meets my needs for a stable UK residential IP. So far, the support team has been responsive and helpful, and they have confirmed that the service should match my requirements. I look forward to testing it soon to see how it performs in practice.
