Try switching to a server closer to you or updating your connection protocol in the settings. - Paying for the service was too hard. Repeated failures, stupid false positive "fraud" labels. Basically I could not pay with credit card, claiming charge was denied. In app I saw it approved once, and didn't show up again, in spite of repeated tries. I doubt you retried, just cached a "denied" label, which was wrong to begin with. - Once ordered, I had a hard time finding how to download the wireguard config file. Well hidden! + However, once hurdles passed, service meets all expectations.

As soon as you log into your dashboard there is a large button to download the wireguard configuration file. It's not hidden. Our anti-fraud system is necessary to identify suspicious transactions to avoid chargebacks and abusive behavior on our networks. You may have been logged in with a VPN or proxy before ordering. I still did not use StarVPN to write my comments on the service, but the features of our product, the website design, the customer service looks good, and my expected outcomes is positive.
