Very very bad service they will freeze your account and already heard ablut all the other merchants that they are taking their hard earn money and not giving it back. Poor people choose another merchant defently and the zero fee thats not automatic is very dificult to do. Just google 0% fee merchant services and you will see 20 like that but with better service. I know 12 people with their money froze that way

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE THAT CONTACTS YOU FROM SLICE / CLOVER / FDMS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURN YOUR EMAILS>

The company is very persistent into getting you to purchasing their services. Agents call multiple times a day, even if one answers and states that they are occupied with other engagements, they are still very insistent. These agents give false promises and statements that you can cancel at any given time, that one has a trial period of sixty days, and that one will not be signing a contract. Once one tries to reach the agent that was once constantly harassing them into purchasing their services, they do not answer phone calls or emails, nor do they reach back out. Due to the absent agent, one is left to call customer service and when trying to cancel the service, one is told that they are in a contract for forty eight months when in the original agreement verbally stated by the agent, they state that one would not be committed to any contract. Therefore you are stuck with that contract with an equipment that it does not work.

I will edit my post and make it simple. Waiting 2 weeks on almost a weeks worth of credit card deposits to go into an account that other places have been able to deposit to in the meantime is no good for my business. Someone else might be different though. who knows, actually just read their reply and I made all the contact and was told I would be kept informed. well... still waiting.

Extremely poor account representatives as well as customer service representatives. I have to beg for them to call me back and answer my emails. If you are not in the same time zone do not expect them to answer calls, emails or schedule tech support for you outside of their time zone. The tech team reports calls that were made outside of business hours and then document it as an attempted call with no answer...of course we did not answer, the business was not open yet! Bruce Morrison is a full of himself. The one single time he answered my phone call, he plain and simply told me that I believe my tech guys and nothing you say will change my mind. He is rude from the start, he should not be dealing/speaking with customers at all.

Their service sounds like a jackpot, however they will be charge you $400+ for early termination fee within 3 years. Customer support was amazing until I got issues, they gave me false information to avoid conversation. One said someone will give me a call for cancelling service, one said I have to call customer support, one said I have to call the person who was assigned to my account support, and another said I have to email. I did everything and what I got was a threatening-like phone call from one of their customer support. He said, they are going to charge me $400+ early termination fee because I found a better rate from another card processing company. I found the one has much better rate and that was the only way I could avoid paying resiculous amount of termination fee. I found my entire experience for leaving contract from Slice was extremely disappointed and frustrated, for receiving multiple false information to figure the way to reach “someone”. Hideously unprofessional and I wasn’t comfortable communicating all of employees from this company. Avoid them, they will take both of you and your customer’s money for their profit but not willing to help and support your needs

This company is a total not legit. My business is closed due to covid. I was a customer for about 7 months. They asked for proof of closure, I gave them the proof. They gave me a number to call for shipping label and return instruction. Sound easy right...not so fast. Apparently, they use a 3rd party for funding. They blatantly told me they don't care my business is permanently closed I still have to continue paying the monthly fee for 3 years. Whether I send the equipment back or not I still have to pay. The sale rep Freddie Told me there was no cancellation fee and no contract. Now I am stuck with $2000 fees. I get minimum of 2 letter a week about the fee. Each time I reach out to them, they say the will escalate the matter and get back to me. I never hear anything back. This has been going for at least 3 months. They block me on Facebook, because I wrote about my experience under their fake advertisement. Their advertisement sound good but you end up more in the long run. I should have go with Square up, they seem more legit. This company is a total scam. They rather blocked customers and pay to removed reviews rather than do the right thing. Make sure you to do your full research on this company before signing up with them. The sales associate are not honest they will say anything to make you sign up. I agree with review below. Check them out on Better Business Bureau, their reviews are terrible there because they can not pay to get them removed. It's been a total nightmare dealing with this company. My advice to new customers DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the trouble.

I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with Slice. We had to sell our business due to COVID and they will not refund my monthly fee and Slice continues to drain our business dry.
