I have a merchant service provider that is great. Slice is the name of the company. I have done business with others and the service does not compare. I have my own personal representative, his name is Brett Seltzer; he is awesome. The company does not charge extra fees to the merchant. What I love is when I call Brett he answers. If Brett can’t answer he calls me back immediately. I love that there are no false promises, he does what he says. I love this service and you should too. Sophia Jones 313 Flowers

We have been a customer of Red Payments since 2018. I have always been able to reach a person to speak to in customer service. They've always been able to help me with any issue. Speaking to a live person is so valuable in this day and age. If I have a charge on my statement that I don't understand, they have always cleared it up for me. All payments were posted promptly to my checking account--another very important item of doing business. Our business is now closed, after 59 successful years of specialty eye care, we have sold to another practitioner. We are retired!! July 31 was our last official day of business.
