My representative John has been on top of everything, he is extremely quick with responses to my questions. They made this process of accepting payments from customers as stress fee as it could possibly be. The equipment came on time, it’s super user friendly, and the technical support is quick and efficient. I would recommend to anyone looking for a merchant service.

Seems to be pretty solid. We recently switched over to slice and have found that the customers are completely ok with it. Saves us money, great system, amazing customer service. Would recommend.

so I called today to get help with canceling processing fees and Clover app fees since we aren’t processing and was transferred 3 times till I got to Richard Pearson who finally understand what I was trying to say and explained things in terms I could understand so I’m very thankful to Richard for being so helpful and patient with me and hopefully we can get this taken care today!
