I was typical customer filling out different POS systems after switching from the usual, start up POS most restaurants use until they find themselves with no support on weekends when they need it most, To to be honest, I was indecisive between two, and what the deal breaker with me was my salesman, Brian. In a world where most reviews are negative, because many people don’t take the time to write positive reviews I felt inclined to do so. From the first contact, even ongoing till now, Brian has made sure everything was as convenient, understandable, and user-friendly. He was professional, friendly, diligent when it came to the fine print, he made sure I understood everything and made it very comfortable process. Many of our 2 minute phone calls lasted 1/2 hour, with just friendly banter. Don’t get me wrong, Slice, was probably best choice, but 100% Brian made a decision easy for me. He was never hard to reach even at night time when I accidentally pocket dialed him at 2:30 in the morning to the standard business day. Slice has a great employee with great knowledge even way after the contracts are signed. I look forward to the ongoing relationship in the future. Thanks again Brian you’re the best.

What great customet service Brett and the other staff are on top of it. They didnt rest until we had our system up and running with everything we needed. Quick response time and more importantly they contacted me when they said they would. I have three restaurants and I will only use Slice and Brett going forward

I don't ever leave reviews ever but the service I received from splice was the way a company is supposed to do customer service. I run a booth at a swapmeet and am in the process of getting ready to expand my small business since it is doing good. At swapmeets we are mostly a cash business but I have had customers ask if we except cards. I did sign up for cash app, then Venmo , and was about to sign up for zelle but it is getting to be incovient opening up all these payment apps that only a select fee people need to purchase from my business. I tried to apply with square and clover (and a couple others that wouldn't respond or call me back) but they weren't eager to get my businessor wanted me to buy there $400 machine with a processing transaction fee of 3.99% every transaction. I was starting to think I'm gonna have to pay $400 to except card payments which I was justifying will be worth it to accept card and get more sales for a business that is barely just opened and and trying grow. Long story short I received a call next day from Zach after applying for splice and he made the experience so easy and had my application done in about 20 minutes and explained everything I need to know after I told him what my business is. 5 star rating for Zach from splice I couldn't be happier to start accepting payment for my business. THANK YOU ZACH!!!

He made everything so easy. He needs to be promoted to a highly position. He's a very great man.
